I haven’t received my e-voucher for a self-collection redemption item or service I ordered. What should I do?
If you have not received the e-voucher for your self-collection product or service you ordered, please follow the below steps to retrieve the e-voucher:
- Go to Your orders and log into your account
- Locate your order/product and click ‘Resend voucher’. The e-voucher will be re-sent to the email address provided during check-out.
Please also check your email account’s spam or junk mail folder if you cannot find the email in your inbox. You can also go to Your orders to check the latest order status or to chat with us via live chat for assistance.
