    Which booking/ticket types are not eligible to purchase prepaid extra baggage?

    Prepaid extra baggage can’t be purchased for the following booking/ticket types:

    • On hold bookings
    • Tickets for infants who don’t occupy a seat
    • Tickets for extra seats booked for the same passenger
    • Group tickets
    • Industrial and agency discounted tickets
    • Tickets issued by other airlines
