Assistance for passengers impacted by the closure of online travel agents

We have received notice from the Travel Industry Council (TIC) that the following travel agents have recently closed:

    Licence name: Wee Travel / You Fly / U Fly / Go Go Go Travel / 捷達假期
    Licence number: 353107

Given the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, we understand you may need to alter your travel plans.

If you purchased a holiday package, please contact the Travel Industry Council (TIC) directly to organise a refund. We are unable to process refunds for these bookings.

If you hold a ticket with a confirmed booking on a Cathay Pacific or Cathay Dragon flight, please call our contact centre to request a rebooking or a rerouting. Our agents will do all they can to help you make changes to your booking.

If you’d prefer a refund, we strongly recommend that you to approach your credit card company to request a chargeback protection – this is the quickest and most direct way.

If you require more information about the status of your ticket, please fill out the ticket status enquiry form on/before:

  • 9 May 2020: We Fly Travel Limited, Wee Travel Limited
  • 28 May 2020: Eastrip Travel Company Limited, Hotel Everywhere Company Limited

Please note: as your ticket was issued by an intermediary (i.e. another travel agent), we will need to investigate your ticket status with the relevant parties. Therefore, it may take us up to 8 weeks to get back to you.
