System maintenance on 17Jan: some services will be temporarily unavailable

The following services will be undergoing maintenance on 17Jan (Sunday) between 00:00 HKT and 06:00 HKT, as we work on improving your online experience:

  • Redeem flights using Asia Miles
  • Member login and related functions (including Manage booking, Online check-in, Marco Polo Club, Asia Miles members and Registered account) via our website and mobile app
  • Flight notification will be delayed
  • Business Plus and MICE

Members/users can use Manage Booking and Check-in by logging out and using their booking reference number or e-ticket number to retrieve bookings.

Additionally, service centre staff will not have access to the outlined online functions during the maintenance.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused, as we work to restore our services as soon as possible.
