Earth Day, first observed in San Francisco in 1970, is an annual reminder of the role we play in protecting the environment. At Cathay Pacific, we are committed to using resources responsibly, finding new efficiencies and purposefully reducing the waste we produce.

As part of our commitment to this cause, during the period of April 22-30 we will offset the carbon emissions from every ticket sold on cathaypacific.com. This gives you the opportunity to directly support the important projects we so deeply believe in, while getting back out there and seeing all that this amazing planet has to offer.

Terms and Conditions for Earth Day 2022

Cathay Pacific will single (1x) offset the carbon emissions for all tickets purchased from the US and Canada websites (cathaypacific.com) between April 22, 2022 and April 30, 2022:

- Cannot be combined with any other offer

- Offer is only applicable to flight purchases made on the US or Canadian Cathay Pacific websites

- Only flights flown on Cathay Pacific aircraft can be offset

- Offer is applicable to all cabins of service, ticket types and tariff levels purchased between the applicable dates

- Applicable journeys must begin in one of these outbound ports: New York (JFK), San Francisco (SFO), Los Angeles (LAX), Vancouver (YVR) or Toronto (YYZ)
