Please note the following before submitting a claim:
- It may take up to 6 weeks for miles to be credited after your flight departure date.
- Claims will not be accepted 6 months after your flight departure date.
- You can only submit claims for flights within 4 weeks prior to your joining date. Club points cannot be claimed for flights taken before enrolment in the Marco Polo Club.
Note:
If your claim is successful, your credited mileage may take up to 8 weeks to be reflected in your “Transaction History”. If your claim is unsuccessful, you will be notified within the next few weeks.
