FireBird

FireBird is a restaurant devoted to the Japanese izakaya culture, a “place to enjoy drinking sake with food”. It carefully selects ingredients for its menu, importing chicken, eggs, rice and A4 wagyu beef from Japan.

A range of directly sourced seafood, sashimi and other quality ingredients are used to create unique mouth-watering dishes, including up to 20 kinds of skewers and grilled items. To complete the izakaya experience, FireBird offers over 50 types of sake and speciality cocktails, mesmerising diners with the layers of flavours when pairing food with their drink of choice.
