Terms and conditions
- The Offer applies to students or recent graduates aged 31 and below (based on outbound departure date) holding a valid student identification card or acceptance letter issued by an educational institute from any country. An International Student Identity Card (ISIC), and proof of a student visa will also be accepted as proof of student status. Proof must be valid at the time of travel.
- To enjoy the offer, passengers should book flight ticket(s) through the official website www.cathaypacific.comOpen a new window by entering the discount code “TWSTUDENT” in the discount code field. The discount code "TWSTUDENT" can only be applied to a maximum of five passengers per booking. Any request to apply the discount code after checkout is not accepted.
- The discount code cannot be used on Cathay Pacific mobile app or other channels.
- Children and infant discounts are not applicable.
- The offer is valid all year round; airfares differ according to destination.
- Tickets must originate and be issued in Taiwan.
- Rebooking: USD 50 (Economy Light), USD 20 (Economy Essential), Free (Economy Flex, and Premium Economy). Changes must be made before the ticketed flight/date.
- Cancellation Fee: USD 150 (Economy Light), USD 100 (Economy Essential), USD 80 (Economy Flex, and Premium Economy) for wholly unused tickets only. For partially used tickets, a refund is applied only if a residual is available after deducting the flown sector's applicable fare (same or higher class code).
- No-show fee: USD 150 for short-haul routes. USD 200 for long-haul routes.
- Premium Economy Class may not be available on all flight segments. When passengers choose to switch their booking after ticket issuance to a flight not offering Premium Economy Class, Economy Class seats will be provided without any fare refund.
- Fares displayed include taxes and carrier-imposed surcharges. All fares, government taxes and fees, and surcharges are subject to change at any time. For ticket cancellations, where applicable, the Hong Kong Passenger Security Charge, the Hong Kong Air Passenger Departure Tax, and the Hong Kong International Airport Construction Fee will be refunded without any administration fees.
