    Can I still claim missing miles if I did not enter my membership number when booking?

    You may claim missing miles within six months after the travel date.

    For flight miles, please follow the steps below and fill in the “Claim airline Status Points / Asia Miles” form:

    1. Login in your Cathay Pacific’s Cathay member account
    2. Go to "Account overview"
    3. Navigate to "Manage miles"

    To claim hotel and package miles, please contact Customer Care.
