Important notice for passengers departing from Bangkok

Given the upcoming peak season, all passengers departing from Bangkok on international flights are advised to arrive at the airport at least 3 hours prior to their scheduled time of departure, and proceed to immigration after completing the check-in process as soon as possible.

Passengers are requested to keep their e-ticket, boarding pass and identity documents handy to avoid delays and inconvenience at the terminal entry gates.
