For over 30 years, Kuaiche has hand-roasted jerky daily. The pork jerky, made from fresh hind leg, is marinated in a family-recipe soy sauce that has been fermented for 180 days, vacuum-massaged, then roasted at high temperatures to achieve ideal thickness, doneness, and colour. The best-selling Almond Crispy Pork Paper takes around 1.5 hours to produce. At 0.01 cm thick, it is translucent, deliciously crisp, and aromatic.
