Bianco and Rosso

Inspired by the charming bars and roadside bodegas for Italy, Spain and France, Bianco & Rosso is the first house dedicated to vermouth in Hong Kong. On the drinks menu, expect a wide selection of vermouths, fortified wines, spritz, amaro, and bitters, with a cocktail list featuring vermouth highballs, spritzers, and seasonal cocktails.

Dining is based on European fare with incredibly bold artisanal pasta dishes alongside his famous Three Yellow Chicken with Vermouth sauce and B&R Signature Cheesecake.
