Easily sign in to your Cathay account

You can use your membership number, verified mobile number or verified email address to sign in to your Cathay account and explore exciting membership benefits and exclusive rewards, elevating your travel and lifestyle experience.

Sign in with your membership number

Your membership number consists of 10 digits. If you were previously a Marco Polo Club or Asia Miles member, you can sign in to your Cathay account using the same membership number.

I forgot my password / membership number

Sign in with your mobile number

If you have linked and verified your mobile number, you can use it to sign in.

If you have not verified your mobile number, please use your membership number or verified email address to sign in. Then, you can verify your mobile number in the "My Profile" page. 

Sign in with your email address

If you have linked and verified your email address, you can use it to sign in.

If you have not verified your email address, please use your membership number or verified mobile number to sign in. Then, you can verify your email address in the "My Profile" page. 

If your mobile number or email address is linked to another Cathay membership account

In this case, please use your membership number to sign in. You may also use another mobile number or email address as your sign-in ID, or contact the holder of the concerned Cathay account to update the profile details.

Username and linked social account sign-ins are discontinued

We have discontinued the option to use a username or a linked social account for signing in to a Cathay membership accounts. Instead, please use your mobile number for a more convenient sign-in experience.
