Reservation and confirmation:
- Inquiries and booking should be made by either email or fax.
- All tours and transfers are conducted by English speaking guides.
- All reservation requests are normally confirmed by returning fax or email within 2 working days.
- In case immediate confirmation cannot be made, information on the booking status will be advised.
- Amendment for all reservations should be made a minimum of 2 working days before departure date.
Every traveler shall be regarded as carrying his own risk with respect to loss or injury to person or property. The traveler accepts full responsibility for losses and expenses due to delay, sickness, weather, strikes, war, quarantine or acts of GOD. Jetway Express Ltd is not liable for any loss, injury, accident, damage, delay or expense which may arise in any way whatsoever during the tours. Although every effort has been made to ensure all the information is correct, unforeseen changes may occur.
