Deluxe Hong Kong Island Tour

  1. Your confirmation of tour booking will be sent to the email address shown on your booking.
  2. Your confirmation of electronic tickets will be sent to the email address shown on your booking.
  3. Actual pick-up time of the listed tours from different hotel varies; guest(s) will be advised in the confirmation email.
  4. Actual pick-up time may deviate from the fixed time depending on the traffic conditions.
  5. Should the itinerary or means of transportation be changed or tour be prolonged due to unforeseen circumstances, all extra expenses will be borne and paid on spot by guests.
  6. Most transportation services, including the coaches, are not equipped with wheelchair ramps.
  7. Should the tour be cancelled due to force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions), it may be reschedule.
  8. Should there be any disputers, decision of Gray Line Tours of Hong Kong Limited will be final.
  9. Gray Line Tours reserves the right to alter routes, itineraries or staying time if necessaries arise.
  10. Gray Line Tours shall not be responsible for any injury, damages, loss, burglary, additional expenses, accidental delay or other factors beyond its control.
  11. No refund will be made to confirmed booking.
  12. In the event of a no-show (booking not cancelled – guest fails to arrive), no refund will be made.


One way Airport Express (AEL) Ticket

  1. Electronic Confirmation Note will be sent to the email address shown on your booking.
  2. Please bring along and present the confirmation note in person to collect the ticket(s) at the following Airport Express Customer Service Centre on or before the redemption deadline.
    • Airport Station
    • Kowloon Station
    • Hong Kong Station
  3. Business hours: 6am to 12:30am, Monday to Sunday.
  4. Redemption of ticket(s) cannot be made after redemption deadline and customer should bear the responsibility of not able to collect ticket(s) if required document(s) is/are not presented.
  5. All the ticket(s) ordered have to be collected in one go. Partial collection is not allowed.
  6. The ticket is only valid for the day of issue.
  7. All the ticket(s) are non-refundable.
  8. MTR Corporation Limited reserves the right to make the final decision in the event of any dispute.


Tourist SIM Card

  1. Please bring along and present the confirmation note in person to collect the Tourist SIM Card at the Airport Express Tourist Service Centres on or before the redemption deadline.
  2. The SIM card can only be redeemed at the Airport Station - Airport Express Tourist Service Counters
    • Shop 1: MTR Customer Service Centre, Level 5, Arrival Platform, MTR Airport Station
    • Shop 2 & 3: MTR Customer Service Centres, Arrival Hall A and B, Terminal 1, Hong Kong International Airport, Lantau, Hong Kong
  3. NO refund/exchange once the Prepaid SIM Card is redeemed / purchased.
  4. The Prepaid SIM Card is valid for 5 days after activation. Please activate the SIM Card before the expiry date shown on package or it will be void.
