What are the differences between activity/transaction date and crediting/debiting date?

  • Activity or transaction date is the date when you conduct the activity or transaction, such as any spending you do with your credit card or when you redeem Miles for a Lifestyle Award.
  • Crediting or debiting date is the date when Miles are added into or deducted from your account. Hence, the two dates (activity date vs crediting date) could be different.
