• You meet the latest entry requirements for your destination.
• You have a folder to keep your documents close at hand.
• You have surgical face masks to wear during your journey. Please note that masks with exhalation valves or vents are not permitted.
• You completed the necessary health and travel history forms and, if required for your final destination, downloaded contact tracing apps.
• You checked public transport times. The Airport Express and some bus companies are operating reduced schedules.

Expect the airport check-in to take a little longer than usual. Arrive 2-3 hours before your flight.

• You can check in on cathaypacific.com up to 48 hours in advance but will still need to collect your boarding pass from a check-in counter.
• To save time, complete your health declaration on the Cathay mobile app.
• At the airport entrance, present proof of your booking and undergo a temperature check.
• To be eligible to fly, you will need:
  • To declare your travel history for the past 21 days.
  • To answer a health screening questionnaire.
  • A medical certificate confirming recovery, if you previously tested positive for COVID-19.
  • Additional forms, depending on your destination.

A limited number of airport facilities remain open, so plan ahead.

  • Require all staff and passengers to wear a surgical face mask.
