    Mobile boarding pass

    Who can use mobile boarding passes?

    All customers and their travel companions on Cathay Pacific flights who have checked in online for flights departing from selected airports can receive a mobile boarding pass after completing online check-in.

    Please note that the following customers can self check-in but cannot receive their own mobile boarding pass:

    • Passengers who have onward connecting flights through airports other than Hong Kong
    • Passengers who have purchased tickets with fares applicable for infants
    • Unaccompanied minors who require special handling
    • Passengers who have purchased flight tickets in conjunction with ferry tickets

    Mobile boarding passes obtained via online check-in can be used to enter the terminal building. However, please note that the Indian Immigration Authorities do not accept mobile boarding passes for immigration clearance. All customers must obtain a paper boarding pass from the Cathay Pacific check-in counters at the airport before proceeding through immigration.
