Megan’s Kitchen
Established in the mid-2000s, Megan’s Kitchen serves hot-pot cuisine and Cantonese dishes. Each year, the restaurant devises creative hot pot soup bases and new ingredients to retain its popularity with diners – with Tom Yum Goong Cappuccino soup base and Creamy Crab soup base with Soufflé among its first creations.
Besides hotpot, Megan’s Kitchen also offers unique Cantonese dishes such as Braised Belly Pork with Mui Choy in Soufflé Finish and Chicken with Rice Flake Noodles in Sweet Soy Sauce. To complete their dining experience, there is an extensive wine list.
With five consecutive years’ listing in the Michelin Guide – Hong Kong & Macau as a Bib Gourmand Restaurant, the newly renovated Megan’s Kitchen has been noted for its quality food and attentive service.
