1. Cathay Pacific’s Cathay members must make their booking on the official website of aeroride, enter their correct Cathay Pacific’s Cathay membership number in the designated box at the checkout and payment page, and complete the service after payment to earn miles. Failure to enter or any mistake in the Cathay Pacific’s Cathay membership number cannot be rectified through re-login and modification afterwards.

2. Eligible bookings cannot be used in conjunction with discount coupons, promotions, or other offers. Bookings made with discount coupons will not earn Asia Miles.

3. Members can earn Asia Miles up to 10 times per month.

4. Asia Miles will be credited to the account within 4-6 weeks after the service is completed. Miles cannot be earned if a booking order is changed, refused, or cancelled.

5. The calculation of the above mileage credit period is from the date of the completion of the service and not the date of the credit card payment or payment when the booking is made.

6. All transactions are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

7. Cathay Pacific Airways Limited, Asia Miles Limited and aeroride reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.  

8. In case of any dispute, the decision of Cathay Pacific Airways Limited, Asia Miles Limited and aeroride shall be final.
