Passengers who are travelling from or have visited a Group A country (high-risk places) – including the Philippines– only fully vaccinated Hong Kong residents with a recognised vaccination record will be permitted to enter Hong Kong. Accompanied children of Hong Kong residents who are under 12, and are flying with adults who meet the above criteria, will also be able to enter Hong Kong regardless of their vaccination status. Effective from 30 August 2021, Foreign Domestic Helpers (FDHs) from Group A country (high-risk places) – including the Philippines– are allowed entry into Hong Kong. FDHs must be fully vaccinated in the Philippines and hold a valid employment visa for FDHs issued by the Immigration Department (ImmD) of Hong Kong.
