There must be at least one company employee on every booking. The Travel Manager and Travel Officer can also book on the portal for a guest Traveller who is travelling on the same booking as a connected Traveller of the company. After selecting the connected Traveller, the name and information of the guest Traveller can be added on the Passenger Information page.
