How do I get online?
Wi-Fi is available shortly after take-off. To get connected, simply follow the steps below.
- Enable Wi-Fi on your mobile device while it's still in airplane mode
- Connect to the Cathay Pacific network in your Wi-Fi settings
- A connection page will pop up. If not, open an internet browser on your device and enter wifi.cathaypacific.com
- Select your internet pass and proceed with payment
- You will be sent an email receipt with your login details. These login details can be used to switch device - select ‘Login’ on your new device and enter the details
