Dragonair’s operations affected by Typhoon Trami

Dragonair today (21 August) announced that the following flights to and from Taipei, Xiamen and Fuzhou on Thursday (22 August) have been cancelled in view of the forecast impact of Typhoon Trami. 

Flights to and from Eastern China are also subject to consolidation, depending on the air traffic flow control situation.

For Taiwan, the airline plans to operate its flights to Taichung and Kaohsiung as scheduled but they are subject to delay and cancellation as the situation may change rapidly.

Passengers are advised to check the latest flight information on the airline’s website before departing for the airport.

Passengers without confirmed bookings are advised not to go to the airport.  Dragonair will assist with alternative arrangements for affected passengers.

Passengers are encouraged to defer non-essential travel to Taipei on Wednesday and Thursday. The airline will waive all rebooking and rerouting charges for Dragonair tickets issued worldwide on or before 20 August 2013 for travel on Dragonair with confirmed bookings involving Taipei between 21 and 22 August 2013.
