Travelling well starts with fine food and the best ingredients.

That's why we create our dishes with locally-sourced and sustainable produce whenever possible.

Our menus are ever changing, taking the opportunity to incorporate fresh vegetables and fruits which are in season, while also offering light and healthy dining options. 

Prepared to order

In First Class, we were one of the first airlines to have rice cookers, toasters and skillets on board our aircraft, enabling our flight attendants to prepare freshly steamed rice to accompany your meal. 

For our breakfast service, we offer hot, toasted bread, and perfectly cooked eggs to order – just as you like.

Also in First Class, our passengers can dine à la carte by choosing when they prefer to eat.

Freshly brewed for you

freshly brewed coffee is now available In First and Business Class, we also offer espresso, cafe latté, or cappuccino. To round off your meal, try our  fine selection of Chinese and international teas.

Signature noodles

There are few things better than a bowl of hot noodle soup, either to tide you over, or as a meal option.

In First and Business Class on selected routes to and from Hong Kong, we feature regional noodle soups that are the perfect taste of Asia.

Snacks on long-haul flights

We keep our galleys stocked with a variety of tasty treats, including noodle soup, chocolates, cookies, and fresh fruit. So the next time you are feeling a little peckish, just ask one of our flight attendants.

Classical twist on inflight dining

Cathay Pacific has partnered with the renowned Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group to serve contemporary fine-dining with a classical twist in First Class, on our Hong Kong, London, Paris, New York, Tokyo, and Milan flights.

The 2013 Jean-Marc Brocard Chablis Grand Cru displays aromas of honeysuckle and citrus. The palate is fresh and harmonious, with attractive characters of lime, candied lemon and subtle notes of flint, followed by a dense and persistent finish.

Akarua Pinot Noir Bannockburn Central Otago 2013

This award winning New Zealand Pinot Noir has aromas of black cherries and black raspberries with hints of spices. The mouth-filling black berry flavours are supported by lively acid and grainy tannins followed by a long finish. It goes very well with most meat dishes including pork, veal and lamb.

Marchesi de’ Frescobaldi Mormoreto, Toscana IGT 2010

This complex wine is an assemblage of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc grapes, with a small amount of Petit Verdot. It has a fabulous ripe berry fruit flavour, followed by hints of almond and mint, elegantly integrated with notes of truffles, liquorice and chocolate. Velvety textured, it is a wine of great depth, opulent and refined.

Business Class

Yealands Estate Land Made Sauvignon Blanc Marlborough 2015

This wine is made from selected Sauvignon Blanc grapes from the Awatere and Wairau Valley Vineyards. It offers generous aromatic fruit flavours of passion fruit and guava with vibrancy, and purity, followed by a long, crisp mineral finish, and is perfect for accompanying seafood, chicken, salad or pasta dishes.

Dandelion Vineyards Lionheart of the Barossa Shiraz 2013

The fruits of this award winning Australian Shiraz come from old vines, with some of them over a hundred years of age. The 2013 vintage offers generous blackberry, raspberry and plum flavours, with firm but fine tannins and dark chocolate nuances that continue through onto a lengthy finish.

Pietraregia Riserv Morelino di Scansano Riserva DOCG 2011

The 2011 Pietraregia Riserva is an elegant Italian wine with complexity and character. Made from Sangiovese, Ciliegiolo and Syrah grapes, this full bodied wine displays ripe cherry and plum characters, blended with hints of eucalyptus and black pepper. It goes well with stews as well as medium-aged cheeses.

From the 1st November 2015, our regular First Class wines selection will be complemented by five specially selected wines from Pessac-Léognan:
