Cathay Pacific Holidays have the sole right and absolute discretion to cancel or shorten the duration of any tour in the event of act of God, war, riot, civil commotion, acts of terrorism, compliance with any law or government order, rule, regulation or direction, accident, flood or storm, strikes, hostilities, accident or other circumstances beyond the control of Cathay Pacific Holidays which render it necessary in its reasonable opinion that such steps be taken.
Cathay Pacific Holidays shall be relieved of all liabilities and obligations resulting from the force majeure events mentioned above and shall not be obliged to refund any amount paid by the tour participants or any unused portions of the tour to the tour participants in such circumstances.

Complimentary round-trip CotaiJet ferry transfer between Hong Kong and Macau
1) Passport and itinerary are required for ferry ticket redemption at the Ticketing Counter of CotaiJet at Transfer Area E2 of Hong Kong International Airport. Please print out the Itinerary we send to your email and keep it with you throughout the journey.
2) Passengers with checked baggage must arrive at the Ticketing Counter 60 minutes before scheduled ferry departure time. Passengers with only hand baggage must arrive at the Ticketing Counter 30 minutes before scheduled ferry departure time. Conditions of extension night:
Extension night can only be booked at the same time of booking.
Extension night can only be booked for consecutive night stay continuing from the basic 2 night stay.
All offers are subject to availability and are offered on a first-come-first-serve basis.
All bookings must be made at least 14 (fourteen) working days before commencement of the journey.
Each passenger is allowed baggage not exceeding 20kg (Economy Class).
Package price does not include airport taxes, room services, tips, telephone calls, laundry and any other items of a personal nature.
Hotel bookings must be confirmed before commencement of journey. No new hotel bookings or change requests will be entertained once the journey has commenced.
Hotel last check-out date is 1 April 2015.
Hotel usage must be on consecutive night basis.
There is NO mileage accrual for flights or hotel accommodation.
Child and infant airfares are only eligible when they occupy the same room with 2 adults. Child sharing with 1 adult must pay twin-share adult fares.
Hotel check-in date must be the same as the date of the ferry ticket from HKIA Skypier – Macau Taipa Ferry Terminal.
Check-in time for all the hotel is 15:00 (3 p.m.) and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Request for early check-in and late check-out should be made upon arrival at the hotel and granting of such request will be at the sole discretion of the hotel.
Extra bed request is not guaranteed and is subject to availability at the time of check-in. Cathay Pacific will not be responsible if requests cannot be satisfied or confirmed.
Passengers under 18 years of age must be accompanied by and stay with parents or guardian to check in at hotel; otherwise, the hotel offer will be forfeited.
Use of the hotel room and optional benefits are subject to further terms and conditions of the respective service providers. Any passenger who chooses not to use, or who has forfeited his/her booking of a hotel stay or optional benefits, is not entitled to any payment or compensation from Cathay Pacific.
Tickets are non-endorsable, non-reroutable, non-refundable and valid only on flights operated by Cathay Pacific.

Your journey by sea and other services provided by the ferry company or any third-party service provider are subject to their terms and conditions and local regulations. You are advised to consider purchasing additional insurance and obtain a copy of these terms and conditions from the ferry company or the third-party service provider prior to the commencement of your trip. We shall not be liable for any claims for delay, cancellation, compensation, losses, damages, costs or expenses arising as a consequence of actions or omissions of the ferry company or the third-party service provider in their provision of services to you and your baggage.
