In order for Business Status Points to be accrued, the Business Plus account number must be included in the right format in the booking and ticket at the time it is made. By booking directly on the Business Plus Portal, the account number will be updated automatically in all your bookings, so you do not need to take any further action. However, if you book through a travel agent, you must ensure the travel agent inserts your account number at the time of booking and ticketing, otherwise we will not be able to identify your booking and award your Business Status Points or Asia Miles.
