Travel Managers can make bookings on behalf of registered travellers by logging into Corporate Travel Solutions as a "Travel Manager", and select the traveller for whom booking is to be made. The Travel Manager can then follow the step-by-step process to select the destination, fare level and dates, and proceed with booking and purchase for this traveller.
Each Corporate Travel Solutions account is offered special fares to selected destinations based on their unique needs. Please refer to the Financial Offer Email which shows our offers as of account approval date (sent to the Corporate Travel Solutions account's Travel Manager). The Travel Manager can log in to the Corporate Travel Solutions site for the most updated list of selected destinations/cabins for their Corporate Travel Solutions account. Other destinations not listed are also available for booking with fares same as those offered to general customers without Corporate Travel Solutions account.

No. Only e-tickets will be issued for purchases made via Corporate Travel Solutions. Travellers who have e-Tickets issued will be able to check-in by presenting their passports to our Check-In staff.
Yes. When making your booking, simply select the Frequent Flyer Plan you wish to credit to. Please check with your respective Frequent Flyer Programme if the Corporate Travel Solutions ticket is mileage accruable.

No. Bookings of Cathay Holidays Limited Instant Hotel Booking must be used in conjunction with tickets purchased through Corporate Travel Solutions. If Corporate Travel Solutions tickets are cancelled, the corresponding bookings of Cathay Holidays Limited Instant Hotel Booking will also be cancelled.
