KKday is a travel e-commerce platform based in Taiwan, offering over 300,000 unique travel experiences across 92+ countries and regions. With KKday, you can easily find and book everything for your trip all in one place: one- or multi-day local tours, special activities and experiences, hotels, airport transfers, flights and other transportation, meal coupons, attraction tickets, SIM cards and more.
1. Members must access the KKday website through the designated web page and complete your purchase in the same window to earn 5 Asia Miles per TWD100 after completing the experience tour. You will be asked to provide your Cathay Pacific’s Cathay membership information during the checkout process.
2. If a member uses a currency other than New Taiwan Dollar for checkout, the order amount will be converted to US dollars (based on the system exchange rate), and then converted back to New Taiwan Dollars (based on the system exchange rate) to determine the eligibility of earning Asia Miles and the Asia Miles can be earned. If a currency other than New Taiwan Dollar is used for checkout and the eligibility for earning Asia Miles is not reached due to the difference in exchange rates, or there is a difference in the Asia Miles earned, no supplementation will be provided.
3. Members must enter their Cathay Pacific’s Cathay membership details in the designation section of the payment page when purchasing the experience. Omission or any error in entering the number cannot be corrected after checkout, and members cannot log in and modify their booking afterwards.
4. Do not use incognito mode, clear cookies or change browsers designated web page.
5. Asia Miles earning is not applicable to purchases made through the KKday mobile app or purchases with any promotion code.
6. Asia Miles will be credited to the member's account within 12 weeks of each completed trip or experience. Bookings that are amended, result in failed payment or cancelled are not eligible for miles earning.
7. A completed trip or experience is the completion date of the trip or experience, not the date of the credit card payment or payable date.
8. Asia Miles cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, spending amount, product and service.
9. KKday reserves the right to amend these terms of use at any time. In case of any dispute, the decision of Cathay Pacific Airways Limited, Asia Miles Limited and KKday will be final.
