List of airlines banned within the EU
The European Commission publishes, and updates from time to time (normally every three months), a list of air carriers banned from operating within the EC for safety reasons. The blacklist is accessible from the EC website using the following link.

Flights depature from EU countries
According to European Commission regulation 261/2004, passengers boarding a flight from a EU country may have a right to some compensation or assistance in the event of denied boarding, cancellation, or long delays.
