Stay connected in the air
For the first time on our flights, you can stay connected while travelling. Now you can use our Wi-Fi portal to go to our partners’ websites, catch up on news around the globe with our satellite TV or access the internet for work or leisure and keep in touch with family and friends, when you’re on the go.

"Cathay Pacific" network
Go to the onboard portal (wifi.cathaypacific.com) and select your preferred subscription option
Go to the Cathay Pacific Wi-Fi portal by using your own Wi-Fi equipped device (tablet, laptop, mobile phone) for access to:
- Cathaypacific.com and Cathay Pacific partners’ websites
- A 3D moving map application
- Cathay Pacific catalogue for duty free shopping
- Destination information
Once the aircraft is at or above 10,000 feet, you can get internet access to email, browse the web, shop online and keep in touch with others via your own Wi-Fi equipped device (tablet, laptop, mobile phone). Choose from the options below or enjoy entertainment on the IFE monitors (video streaming not available):
- For flights of 6 hours or less at USD12.95
- For flights above 6 hours at USD19.95
- One hour continuous use on all flights at USD9.95
We accept the following forms of payment: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, and JCB.
- SMS and data roaming are not available in the United States
When you are onboard, you can enable data roaming on your mobile device to send and receive SMS, as well as email and browse Internet. Roaming can be activated after take-off once the aircraft reaches 20,000 feet.
