Yakiniku Shin

Yakiniku Shin is a Japanese-style barbecue restaurant in Tsim Sha Tsui. It specialises in quality grilled meat, with expertly trained staff who ensure each piece of meat is cooked to perfection. There is an ageing cabinet for dry-aged beef to ensure an even more delicious and tender taste and a self-service sake machine, which allows guests to purchase a 30ml serving of their choice from 18 sakes to pair with their meal.

Must-try dishes include the Assorted Beef Set, comprising seven types of beef, including Japanese Wagyu beef flanken ribs, top blade steak and ox tongue, with accompanying vegetables.
