Jom
Jom is a modern restaurant serving Singaporean favourites alongside authentic condiments made to traditional home recipes. Named after the Malay word for "Come, let’s go!", the restaurant aims to draw an energetic crowd who appreciates big flavours alongside culinary nostalgia.
The menu and its accompanying selection of sauces and sambals are inspired by the childhood meals of founder Jordan Lee, who craved the unpretentious food of the hawker stalls of his native homeland. Designed with community in mind, Jom allows guests to connect over comforting plates of Singaporean food in a comfortable, friendly setting.
