    What should I do if I lose my Cathay membership card?

    You can access your Cathay membership card by signing in to your account on our website or mobile app. If you are a Silver member or above, you can also request a replacement physical membership card for a service fee of USD20 or 2,000 Asia Miles by visiting Request physical membership card. You should receive your replacement card within two to four weeks.
