Procedures on Refund and Rebooking

Request a refund

Simply fill out our ticket refund form after you’ve cancelled your booking.

Kindly note: Refund/cancellation charges may apply, and some tickets are not eligible for refunds. Please refer to the terms of your original booking.

Notwithstanding any contrary booking terms and conditions and/or fare rules, for bookings made 7 days or earlier before departure via the internet on the US site (http://www.cathaypacific.com/cx/en_US.html), involving itineraries to/from anywhere, you can cancel paid reservations within 24 hours after purchase for a full refund in accordance with our refund process set out at Changes, Cancellation and Refund.

Rebook your travel

Please call our Global Contact Centres or your local reservations office after you’ve cancelled your booking to rebook your flight.

Kindly note: Rebooking/cancellation charges may apply, and some tickets are not eligible for rebookings. Please refer to the terms of your original booking.
