Service providers' terms and conditions
- Advance booking is required and subject to the availability and confirmation from the Service Provider.
- Related payments are required at least 3 days before the booked service dates.
- Special Offers are subject to the presentation of relevant proof from the Airline for redemption purposes.
- No cancellation or amendment will be accepted within 3 days before the confirmed service date. No refund will be honored.
- Bookings will be cancelled automatically in the event of inclement weather, typhoon or unexpected situation and involved payment if any will be refunded.
- No refund will be honored in the event of No-Show.
- All redemptions will be made at the HS Travel “A09”Counter in the Arrival Hall “A” at the Hong Kong International Airport. Service Hours : 08:00AM –11:30PM.
- Any dispute handling will be subject to the final decision of the Service Provider.
