1. Asia Miles earning is only applicable on the date of purchase. Any application for miles earning after the date of purchase will not be accepted.
2. Gift certificates, gold and bullion, processing and repair fees and other specified items are not eligible for mileage earning.
3. Any invalid, cancelled, returned or exchanged items are not eligible for miles earning.
4. All milesearning transactions are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-reversible.
5. Miles will be credited to the member’s account within seven (7) working days after each eligible transaction.
6. Cathay Pacific Airways Limited, Asia Miles Limited and Keio Department Store Shinjuku reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. 
7. In case of any dispute, the decision of Cathay Pacific Airways Limited, Asia Miles Limited and Keio Department Store Shinjuku will be final.

5. Regular Asia Miles will be credited to the member’s account within 7 working days after each eligible transaction. Bonus miles will be credited separately and within 7 weeks.
