Akanoshou

Akanoshou is an elevated teppanyaki and sushi omakase restaurant located in Causeway Bay. It is committed to serving the finest Japanese cuisine made with seasonal ingredients such as Hida Wagyu beef and live seafood from Japan and beyond, catering to discerning diners.

The restaurant was conceived by internationally acclaimed designer Steve Leung and lighting designer Tino Kwan in collaboration with award-winning creative director and graphic artist Ruth Chao. Its bold and modern design draws inspiration from fire and traditional Japanese art, creating a contemporary and vibrant dining ambience.
