What must I do when I arrive at the airport?

Passengers without check-in baggage:

• Can proceed directly through Security and Immigration and to the Gate
• Must present their travel documents at the Boarding Gate Service Desk at least 30 minutes prior to departure

Passengers with check-in baggage: (depending on your departure airport)

• Can drop it at the check-in counter at least 70 minutes before scheduled departure time, or
• Proceed to the kiosk, print baggage tag and drop it at the Self Bag Drop counter, or
• Proceed directly to the Self Bag Drop counter

Be sure to arrive at the boarding gate at least 30 minutes before the departure time to avoid unnecessary delays. Late passengers will not be accepted and the boarding gate will be closed 10 minutes prior to departure.
