    Why am I encountering an error when trying to use the passkey?

    If you have created a passkey for your account, it might be due to the following reasons:

    • You have removed the passkey from your member profile. Please create another passkey for your profile.
    • You have created a passkey on the website before, but not on mobile. To sign in with a passkey on your mobile device, you need to create a passkey using your mobile device first.
    • You have scanned the QR code from another device without any passkeys.
    • You have not created a passkey.

    The easiest way to solve the above issues is to create a new passkey under ‘Account details’ > ‘Edit profile’ > ‘Account security’ after you log in.
