    How can I further secure my Cathay account?

    Please ensure that information related to your identity verification, such as your Cathay membership number, password and e-mail account information, is not disclosed to any third parties.

    To further protect your account against unauthorised logins, enable two-factor authentication under Edit Profile > Account Security > Enable two-factor authentication. Once enabled, every time you sign in, you will be requested to sign in with a passkey or password using SMS OTP for your next login. This adds an extra layer of security to your account.
