My minor has added me as a guardian and a Redemption Group nominee. Why can’t they transfer miles for free to my account?

Please make sure you have added your minor as a Redemption Group nominee in your account. Your minor also needs to have been a Cathay member for at least 1 year to transfer miles to you for free.
