How can I purchase a seat for my baby, who is under 2 years old?

Please note that for online bookings, infants under two cannot occupy their own seat. Booking a seat for an infant under 2 years old must be done through or Customer Care.

if you are booking via or mobile app, infant under 2 must travel together with adult and will not occupy a seat. If you want to purchase a seat for your infant, please contact Customer Care to purchase.

Please note that your infant must be under 24 months throughout the whole journey. If your infant turns 2 years old before the return trip, you will need to pay the applicable child fare, tax, fee, and charges.
