Using only the choicest seasonal ingredients, all dishes are prepared lovingly on site. Made from the finest Italian "00" flour, the bases of the signature made-to-order pizzas are proofed for over 24 hours, then topped with prime ingredients such as fresh Italian mozzarella, Australian seafood and meats or foie gras. There's also a vast selection of pasta, salads and mains that include both classic favourites as well as innovative creations.
