Introducing our new airport experience in Changi Terminal 4
We've moved to Changi Airport’s new Terminal 4 – where our passengers can enjoy a state-of-the-art self-service experience and new Cathay Pacific lounge.
Time is on your side when you travel to or from Singapore with us, with self-service facilities designed to speed you through terminal checkpoints more quickly and securely – leaving you with time to slow down and enjoy the quiet luxuries of our new lounge along the way.
Collect your boarding pass at our self-check-in kiosks, print your own bag tags, and use the self-service bag drops – all designed to help to speed up the check-in process and reduce queues at every stage of your journey through the airport.
Those looking to check-in early can utilise our self-check-in kiosks, baggage drop services, and check-in counters at Level 1 of Jewel. Jewel is connected to the Arrival Hall of Terminal 1 and linked to Terminals 2 and 3 via link bridges. A free airport shuttle bus service runs between Terminal 4 and Terminal 2.
State-of-the-art facial recognition technology can immediately authenticate your identity so you can bypass immigration queues. This is available to Singaporean residents, permanent residents, long-term pass holders, and any visitor who has previously had their fingerprints collected when entering Singapore.
If you’ve used the self-service function at immigration, you can self-board by scanning your boarding pass at the gate and verifying your identity with facial recognition technology. This allows passengers into their seats more quickly and easily.
If you’re new to the automated experience, our airport staff will be on hand to assist you – while pre-boarding and dedicated counters are still available for First class, Business class, Marco Polo Club members, and passengers who require special assistance.
Experience all of our signature comforts, facilities, and flavours in the new Cathay Pacific lounge – including our classic wonton soup, dan dan noodles, and a special Singapore laksa, served at the ever-popular Noodle Bar.
You can reach Changi Airport Terminal 4 by bus, MRT, car, and taxi while a complimentary 24-hour shuttle bus runs between T2 and T4 (find more details on the Changi website). Cathay Pacific counters are located on Row 6, the closest airline to immigration.
