    How do I get online?

    Wi-Fi is available shortly after take-off. To get connected, simply follow the steps below.

    1. Enable Wi-Fi on your mobile device while it's still in airplane mode
    2. Connect to the Cathay Pacific network in your Wi-Fi settings 
    3. A connection page will pop up. If not, open an internet browser on your device and enter wifi.cathaypacific.com
    4. Select your internet pass and proceed with payment
    5. You will be sent an email receipt with your login details. These login details can be used to switch device - select ‘Login’ on your new device and enter the details
