To claim missing Asia Miles from our partners, sign-in to your account, visit “Claim missing miles” under "Your account” and complete the Missing miles request form. Missing mileage must be claimed within six months of the transaction date. You should be able to see the mileage on your statement profile within six to eight weeks if your non-flight activity is eligible to earn miles.
