1. Asia Miles accrual is only applicable on the date of purchase, no Asia Miles accrual will be accepted after the date of purchase.
2. Miles can only be credited if the application form is received by midnight Japan time on the same day.
3. The mileage application form can only be used for purchases at DiverCity Tokyo Plaza and Mitsui Shopping Park LaLaport FUKUOKA. Purchases at other facilities are not eligible.
4. If the amount, facility name, or purchase date cannot be determined from the receipt image, or if the membership number is incorrect, miles will not be credited.
5. Miles may be credited the next day or later.
6. Mileage will not be credited for the following products, services, and payment types.
o Goods: Cigarettes, gift certificates, stamps, revenue stamps and other money certificates, travel, etc.
o Processing fees, repair costs, and shipping charges.
o Taxes: Consumption tax, etc.
7. Any invalid, cancelled, returned, or exchanged items are not eligible for miles earning.
8. All transactions are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-reversible.
9. In case of any dispute, the decision of Asia Miles Limited and Mitsui Fudosan Retail Management Co., Ltd. shall be final.
