Passengers who are travelling from or have visited a Group A country (high-risk places) – including Indonesia– only fully vaccinated Hong Kong residents with a recognised vaccination record will be permitted to enter Hong Kong. Accompanied children of Hong Kong residents who are under 12, and are flying with adults who meet the above criteria, will also be able to enter Hong Kong regardless of their vaccination status. Effective from 30 August 2021, Foreign Domestic Helpers (FDHs) from Group A country (high-risk places) – including Indonesia– are allowed entry into Hong Kong. FDHs must be fully vaccinated in Indonesia and hold a valid employment visa for FDHs issued by the Immigration Department (ImmD) of Hong Kong. An electronic/printed test report issued by an Indonesian Government authorised laboratory or healthcare institution (the list can be found here)  accompanied by a lab letter (template can be found here) bearing the name customer identical to that in his/her valid travel document to show that 
1) Customer has undertaken a nucleic acid test for COVID-19 and, 
2) Sample for the test was taken within 48 hours of the scheduled time of departure of the flight to Hong Kong and, 
3) Result of the test for COVID-19 was negative

Passengers will be required to provide a proof screenshot at check-in counter that the laboratory or healthcare institution where PCR test is taken is recognised or approved by the relevant authority of the government. Refer to the full list here

 

Your Hong Kong hotel room reservation

Your Hong Kong hotel room reservation

Electronic/printed hotel booking confirmation in English or Chinese in Hong Kong for not less than 21 nights starting on the day of your arrival in Hong Kong. The booked hotel must be a designated hotel for quarantine. Kindly refer to list here

A vaccination record proof (hardcopy or softcopy) in either English or Chinese is required. Refer to point 4 for more details.

For Foreign Domestic Helpers (FDHs)– a confirmation of room reservation at a specially designated quarantine hotel for not less than 21 nights is required. Refer to hotel list link here

Vaccination record proof

As documentary proof, passengers must present valid vaccination record in hardcopy OR softcopy written in English or Chinese that is issued by: 
(A) Healthcare institution or relevant authority of the Government of Hong Kong, the Chinese Mainland, Macao or, 
(B) An authority or recognised institution of a country where its national regulatory authority is designated by the World Health Organization as a stringent regulatory authority or,
(C) Relevant authority or recognised institution of a country with which Hong Kong has reached a recognition agreement arrangement including Indonesia.

During check-in, you will have to present the completed vaccination record proof containing the below information:
1) Name of the customer (identical to the valid travel document)
2) Show received dose(s) of vaccine against COVID-19
3) The date(s) on which the dose(s) administered
4) The name of the vaccine administered (please refer to the latest list of recognised vaccines in HKSAR Government page)

A proof in the form of printed or digital QR code that you have completed the Hong Kong Department of Health online health declaration form. If you have yet to do so, you may complete the form here

All passengers are required to print the Indonesia Ministry of Health form by themselves, fill up and have it verified by the authorised officer prior to check-in. Alongside the form, passengers will be required to present screenshots or printed version of their Vaccine Certificate Dose 1 & 2, downloaded from PeduliLindungi app. Passengers may choose to either: 

1) Make a physical trip down to the Port Health Office (operating hours from 8AM to 2PM, Mon-Fri) at least 5 days prior to departure date to have everything verified or, 

2) Drop by the Port Health Counter at the airport on day of departure to have everything verified by the authorised officer

Foreign Domestic Helpers (FDHs) will be required to bring the below documents to the Port Health Office (operating hours from 8AM to 2PM, Mon-Fri) at least 5 days prior to departure:

1) Printed and completed Indonesia Ministry of Health form
2) Screenshots or printed version of Vaccine Certificate Dose 1 & 2, downloaded from PeduliLindungi app
3) A reference letter from Ministry of Labour/BP2MI/BP3MI/P3MI
4) A copy of computerized system of FDHs (SISKOTKLN)
5) A copy of passport
6) A copy of Identity Card (KTP)
