How can I find the order status?

You will be able to view your order status on Your orders after logging in.

  1. Go to Your orders and log into your account
  2. Find your order/product and click ‘See order details’

You will be able to check your order status: ‘Order Placed’, ’Processing’, ‘In transit’, 'Arrived’, ‘Ready for pickup’, ‘Cancelled’ or ‘Pending’. Some orders show an expected delivery date, if available and not yet dispatched.

If the orders have been dispatched (physically or digitally), the delivery dispatch or arrival date will be displayed.

Please note that your order status will be reflected in the system within 24-48 hours after being updated by our logistics partner(s).
